To begin the application process, we need a complete description
of the actual machine or other subject matter for which
a patent is being sought. You must provide us with detailed
information about your invention, such as sketches, photographs,
and/or a written description, and copies of any relevant
inventions known by the inventor. We can mail or fax you
a confidentiality agreement first if you wish. We will
review your invention and prepare a written breakdown
of the fees for preparing and filing a patent application
for your perusal. Once we get your approval, we will then
require 50% of the attorney fees before any work commences.
100% of the due fees must be paid before we file your
application with the United States Patent and Trademark
Office.
